I’m currently feeling
Sporty.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Feeling quite energetic this morning. A good day at the office yesterday and managed to submit my assignment. Traffic was terrible on the way home so I didn’t get to workout, which I got quite annoyed about really. Dinner then a quick practice before the quarter peal attempt, which unfortunately we lost due to my sister having technical issues halfway through. Spent the next hour or so having a chat with her about stuff and family. This morning feeling good. Have got a plan for my day and it includes a walk and a JWW. I’m even dressed in a more sporting fashion today.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Only presents for birthdays and Christmas from here to the end of the year.

My tasks for the day is…
Into town first to try to get inspiration for C for christmas. Really have no idea so will end up wandering around various places looking for ideas. I have various admin tasks, some of which will only take a few minutes, and a meeting this afternoon. Read, hopefully finish the book today. JWW then chill.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
I really do have no idea what to get C, and he’s given to clues and said he doesn’t want anything. He’s not the sort of person you can just buy novelty stuff for, and he has no interest in anything other than ringing.

What thought will I practice instead?
I could get vouchers for shops I do know he spends in, I could get an experience voucher, but they tend to be for couples so not really specifically for him. I’d get chocs or something but other than that, he can have an empty box.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Jeans and a Nike Runner peach coloured, long sleeved, zip up top. I’ve undone the zip as far as it will go! Gibraltar bracelet, One & Eight Tbar necklace and earning set. Casually sporty.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Exercise and health.Coming to the end of my Year of Health, specifically kick starting healthy habits, that I can maintain going forward. I’ve really enjoyed learning about foods and seeing what my body can do. I’m fitter, leaner, more mobile and will hopefully continue to strengthen my bones and muscles to put me in a better state for older age, so I don’t end up chair bound and unable to do things for myself.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Determination, self care, healthy lifestyle, personal growth.

I’m very lucky I can afford nice food, an exercise subscription, and a lifestyle to support the woman I want to be.

Energetic.

How can I find inspiration to buy for C? How can I maintain this energetic vibe throughout the day?
