I’m currently feeling
Normal.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
That random inbetween Cinistmas and New Year when the visiting is done, presents opened etc. and there’s some sort of normalcy for a few days, only it’s not quite normal because people are still off work, mooching about and not quite sure what to do with themselves.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
No clothes or accessory purchases at all this month.

My tasks for the day is…
Write the shopping list that will take us into next week and back to work. Assist with the food shop. Read, maybe some admin. JWW. Ought to write some thank you cards as well.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
It’s that “not quite sure what to do” day. Don’t need to be anywhere other than food shopping.

What thought will I practice instead?
Make the most of the down time. Read, relax, exercise, nap. Whatever!

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Burgundy fake leather trousers, white ribbed tshirt, grey long cardigan. Gibraltar bracelet, birthstones necklace and peridot and amethyst earrings. Not flashy.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Plan for healthy eating again, although we’ve not been too bad anyway. Exercise. Move.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Healthy thoughts and actions to finish off my year of health in a good place for it to be engrained and normal.

C got frisky last night and was very good and attentive to what I was enjoying. Best sex in a while! More please!
