I’m currently feeling
Focused.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Lots of ringing stuff today. Service ringing this morning. Peal attempt this afternoon, immediately followed by a quarter peal attempt elsewhere. Then a meeting of the team organising this years CC AGM weekend.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?

My tasks for the day is…
As above. Plus food prep for the week ahead and ironing.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
Dubious as to whether we’ll score the quarter peal but it’s one of those where everyone knows that may be the case but are happy to give it a go for someone else’s benefit. The peal may be difficult too, on paper it should be absolutely fine but one person is likely to keep getting lost, and two others likely to drift off.

What thought will I practice instead?
Happy to have been asked in the peal attempt. Wasn’t in the original band but someone was unavailable. At least I was asked with plenty of notice and not the morning of the event like they’ve done before. The quarter may or may not be successful but it’s for someone on their 85th birthday and they want to try, so happy to give it a go.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Grey jeans. Black and white striped, long sleeved tshirt. Much cooler today so want longer sleeves for ringing. No bracelet because of all the ringing. Birthstones necklace and Tiffany teardrop stud earrings. Practical for all that ringing. Potentially 4 and a half hours of ringing today.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Taken my measurements today ahead of tomorrow’s JWW check in. Have lost cm from various parts, although not from tummy area, which is the main part I want to focus on. Looking forward to seeing what new workouts and recipe ideas are in Advanced Cycle 3!

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Patience. Forgiveness.

My progress and my blessings
In a much kinder frame of mind today. Yes, everything I mentioned yesterday happened, but so what. I’ll just smile and move on. Some of us know the truth.
