Snotty

I’m currently feeling
Snotty.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Cold coming out more now. Much more coughing and sneezing. Thankfully not mixing with too many people during the day. A coaching session first thing then I can sit by myself until a suitable time to come home. As I’ll be home early,  I should be able to fit a JWW in before learners practice tonight. Still got a bit of DOMS from Saturday’s.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.

What result will I produce this month?
Haven’t had any forms through for signing yet. Did see something from my bank about some higher rate interest accounts that might be worth looking into. Spoke to C about them and agreed we’d look at them together.

My tasks for the day is…
Coaching session, couple of online meetings. JWW. Answer a couple of emails. Learners practice. Main practice.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
The thought of coughing and spluttering through the coaching session isn’t very professional.

What thought will I practice instead?
Might take some cold remedy for a change, at least it might hold it off a while.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Camel coloured trousers, black polo neck jumper. Gibraltar bracelet, long chain necklace and Aztec coin earnings. Not particularly special or elegant, but comfortable for driving and sitting around all day.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Drive to Southend as the sun rises. Always beautiful colours in the early morning skies.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Coaching skills. My coachee is learning and developing well and attributes a lot to our sessions.

My progress and my blessings
Cleared the massive two week pile of ironing yesterday, except for the bed linen. Rather chuffed at having an empty chair again.

What do I declare myself to be today?
Snotty.

What questions can I ask of myself today?
How can I enjoy my day, stay fit and healthy and worry free?

What words of encouragement, insight, wisdom or humour does my future self have for me today?
I have breakfast and lunch prepped. All on plan. Dinner is SW friendly. I should be able to workout every day this week.
