I’m currently feeling
Behind.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
I feel somewhat behind when it comes to exercising at the moment. I had a week off due to not feeling well and being away for a few days. I’ve fallen so far behind on the plank challenge I’ve given up on it for this month. I’m due to check in to the next cycle in less than two weeks but so far haven’t even done all five of the workouts in this cycle once yet. Hopefully I’ll remedy that tonight. I know you can delay check in until you feel really, but then you don’t get the additional recipes or new workouts. I know this is a temporary blip and I’ll get back on it now weekends away are over with until March, so I’ll be able to catch up quickly.
My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be financially savvy again. Planning for early retirement by getting back on track with understanding my savings, investments and pensions.
What result will I produce this month?
Haven’t had any forms through for signing yet. Did see something from my bank about some higher rate interest accounts that might be worth looking into. Spoke to C about them and agreed we’d look at them together.
My tasks for the day is…
A couple of meetings and some notes to type up. Definitely a JWW tonight having not got to do one yesterday after all. Then learners practice again. They did really well last night.
What thoughts are holding me back?
It’s amazing how quickly I feel out of shape again having not exercised properly for nearly 10 days.
What thought will I practice instead?
I know I’ll get back on it now I’m back to a regular routine for a while.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Camel coloured trousers, bottle green mid sleeve top. Gibraltar bracelet, birthstones necklace, peridot and amethyst earrings. Warm enough without overheating like I was a bit yesterday.
What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
If it’s dry and not too windy I might try to get out for a walk today at lunchtime. Haven’t been on a walk and listened to a podcast in ages.

Exercise. Need and want to get back to it.
