Gratitude

I’m currently feeling 
Grateful.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
We took our learners to their first “other” tower last night and they did really well. We knew the bells wouldn’t be a problem, it’s more about over coming their nerves. They were nervous and over pulled a bit, but coped well. I’m grateful for the other tower for letting us bring them.

It’s Valentine’s Day and although there’s no romance in my life any more, we do still mark the occasion. I told C I didn’t want chocolates this year. I did show him a photo of some perfume I liked and he took the bait. A beautiful bottle of Givenanchy Irresistable in a beautiful red presententation bag that can be used as a make-up,/toilettries bag, and a dozen red roses. We’re going out for dinner later. I suppose that counts for romance.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be more financially savvy and understand my pensions, savings and investments more to enable me to take early retirement in 2026 and live a luxurious life.

What result will I produce this month?
I have transferred £5,000 to a higher interest paying savings account. I am going to try not to spend any money on Googleplay this month.

My tasks for the day is…
Writing up some meeting notes from meetings I wasn’t at yesterday. Not much else. No JWW as we’re out for dinner soon after I get home.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
The thought of dinner in silence. C doesn’t say much so I have to prompt conversation all the time. After a while it gets hard so I stop. That’s if he can put his phone down long enough.

What thought will I practice instead?
Just take it for what it is. It’s him being as romantic as he is able.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Burgundy wrap top dress. Gibraltar bracelet. Tiffany heart necklace and earring set C bought in New York for our 10th wedding anniversary. Glamorous.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Out for dimer. Make the most of an evening out.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Gratitude.

My progress and my blessings
Listened to a few more SOSI lessons yesterday on upgrading surroundings and lifestyle. Trying to do the work as well so it has a deeper impact.

Grateful.
