Obsessed

I’m currently feeling 
Obsessed.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
One of my fitness aims is to have defined, sculpted muscles on my upper arms and shoulders. In an incentive to get me there, I’m currently obsessed with looking at halter neck style tops that slow off this part of the body most. My other aims are for defined abs, and hip bones that stick out when I lay down. Continuing the arm theme though I’m trying to regularly ring heavier bells and every time I exercise, I sit there stroking my upper arms wondering if I can feel anything there yet.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be more financially savvy and understand my pensions, savings and investments more to enable me to take early retirement in 2026 and live a luxurious life.

What result will I produce this month?
I have bought birthday gifts for all the females (except R) I buy for, for the whole year. Everyone is getting a variation of the same thing. C has also now given me some ideas for him which will come out of this months pay.

My tasks for the day is…
Drive to Norwich to ring in the George Pipe 12 bell trophy. We’re picking friends up on the way. Won’t be home until late afternoon. Depending on how I feel, may or may not do a JWW.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
I need to do a JWW really. Only done one very easy session in over a week now due to ringing. Planning on doing one almost every day whilst I’m off next week.

What thought will I practice instead?
If I want a sculpted body I need to put the work its. It won’t happen by itself.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Grey jeans, lilac active wear top. Gibraltar bracelet, amethyst cube earrings, birthstones necklace. Simple for ringing in but actually showing how much slimmer I am now.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Drive through the countryside. Shopping around local market and high street, lunch somewhere, interesting company.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Charm the room. Calm, poise, gratitude.
