My current feeling is:
Intrigued.

My current thoughts are:
This is a new style journalling template following the upgrade from the SOSI Daily 3 to the Daily 5. It will be interesting to work through this morning and see where it leads me.

My physical state is:
Fit but achy in places.

My physical state is a result of:
I have completed a JWW every day for the last 6 days without a rest day. But I’m feeling good.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Clearing the massive ironing pile.
2) Enjoying a home cooked roast dinner.
3) Prepping food for my week ahead.

My desired emotion for today is:
Calm.

I am a woman who:
Follows through on her intentions.

Today I will let go of:
Any negativity as a result of others sniping on the internet, or by email because they’re not happy with arrangements made.

Today I choose to add:
Healthy food, healthy activity and positivity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I’m missing out on seeing R on Mothers Day, but recognise she has her own life to lead and will be working or studying. I’m proud of the person she has become and her ethics.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I hope I have taught her well in her early years and shown her that anything is possible if you want it bad enough and are willing to work hard and put the effort in.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Have a positive outlook for the week ahead despite still being without much real focus at the moment.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
There are things on the horizon that will give me more purpose and drive. They need to be worked through a bit more first. Hold tight.
