My current thoughts are:
What a difference a day of committment makes. l only ate what was measured out and was still satisfied. I drank 2 litres of water at work, 3 coffees and another 500ml of water at home. I peed a lot during the afternoon but it really cleared through my system leaving me fully hydrated to workout. I did a short workout, had a light dinner, then went ringing where our learners, visiting another new tower for them, they did really well. This morning I have woken up feeling fresh and ready to go again.

Even a short workout last night made me feel so much better. I am finding days when I don’t workout the next morning is much harder to get going.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) working with colleagues on our future team strategy.
2) Completing 1m 30s of static glute hold.
3) Keeping up the 2 litres of water at work.
My desired emotion for today is:
Motivated.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I cleared over 3000 error lines yesterday. The most in one day. There are only another 3900 to get through then I’m done. I get to move with a full workout this evening.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have nearly completed the error deletions for the other team. Once its done, anymore that crop up they’ll have to deal with going forward.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
My involvement in making plans for our anniversary on Friday.
