Ready

My current feeling:
Ready.

My current thoughts are:
Had a lovely day yesterday. Intermittent rain showers didn’t stop us. Lovely meal courtesy of E&M. Chimney top views of London. Shopping. Relaxing evening back home. Today I’m ready to get back to meetings, admin, workouts, normal weekend routine stuff. Feeling energised and grateful for our lovely day out yesterday. Will pop into town later,  whilst C is out ringing, for some fresh air.

My physical state is:
Rested.

My physical state is a result of:
Two nights off working out, but still moving my body. Ready to get back to it today.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Catching up and clearing some admin.
2) Completing 1m 45s of static glute hold.
3) Full workout.

My desired emotion for today is:
Centred.

I am a woman who:
Takes care of her body.

Today I will let go of:
Negativity.

Today I choose to add:
Positive vibes.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Had a lovely day yesterday. Grateful I had time with C. Grateful I still get a full weekend to catch up on admin and chores.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Having Fridays off is a game changer. Gives so much more freedom to do things I want.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Physicality. Movement with ease.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
I feel so much better when I move more. If I’m stationary all day I get back ache. I have much fewer back problems when I move.
