My current thoughts are:
Satisfied and in harmony. Got everything I intended to do, and more, done yesterday. Completely caught up with admin and started extra, new stuff. Did what I needed to do in town. Read. Workout one of the most fun workouts so far with both my 6lb and 8lb kettlebell. Relaxed. Almost a perfect, non-event, day.
My physical state is:
Strong.

Using both kettlebells yesterday, the heaviest as much as possible. Fun kind of workout too. Definitely saved it as a favourite.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Food prepping for the week ahead. Sticking to plan.
2) Completing 1m 50s of static glute hold.
3) Future planning meetings to get the ball rolling.
My desired emotion for today is:
Goshbustified. Excessively happy.
I am a woman who:
Means business.

Irritation.

Joy.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Clearing the inbox of minor things that just needed being dealt with. Even started some new stuff to follow up this week.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Some things been hanging around a while just needed reading then filing. All actions I’d added to my diary for yesterday completed, or moved to the next stage. I set the intention and followed through.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Two big things to do tomorrow that will take tact and diplomacy. Use them as opportunity to close things off and move the project a step closer to completion.
