My current feeling:
Organised.

My current thoughts are:
Boshed out everything yesterday. Was in good form for both meetings and got the results I needed and actions agreed going forward. Smashed out a JWW with vengeance. Did what I set out to do. Today, feeling much the same. Have an early meeting with a clinician then spending as long as it takes this afternoon to document all the outstanding operational problems for the project so we can get IT clear on what needs doing to put it all right again. Learners practice and normal practice this evening so no workout.

My physical state is:
Good.

My physical state is a result of:
Worked hard at the full strength HIIT workout and Tabata Sweat was running off. Did everything (except tuck jumps) to full capacity.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Write up all outstanding operational issues and send details to IT to get them resolved.
2) Completing 1m 55s of static glute hold.
3) Good learners practice with progress to next stage for one of them if they do well.

My desired emotion for today is:
Helpful.

Who’s job is it really?

Progress. Get it moving and resolved.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Pleased with how both meetings went yesterday. Awaiting a draft booking form from one person, and early details from the other group.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Got the interest, engagement and buy in I needed.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Focus on progress and sticking to intentions.
