My current thoughts are:
Yesterday I powered through producing some draft documentation for others to view. I also spent a couple of hours with my old team going over, blow by blow, what their outstanding issues with their scanning system are. I produced a summary and sent it to several people in IT so they should be able to get it sorted now. I’m hoping that will kick start it getting over the line to BAU so I no longer need to be involved.
My physical state is:
Tired.
My physical state is a result of:
No proper workout, so fairly sedentary day and only ringing in the evening followed by the pub. Went to bed at 11:15 and slept through.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Going out for a walk at lunchtime listening to a podcast.
2) Completing 2m 0s of static glute hold.
3) Taking 2 of our learners to a different practice night again to get Them were experience.
My desired emotion for today is:
Enthusiasm.
I am a woman who:
Likes to be busy.
Today I will let go of:
Poor eating habits.
Today I choose to add:
Exercise wherever I can find it.

Hopefully it will mean I can start handing over the project properly and focus on new things.

Get a workout done before my meeting tomorrow evening.
