My current thoughts are:
Isn’t it interesting how the body adapts to different stimulae. I had a much more active and engaging day yesterday running a process mapping workshop. Seeing, hearing and being involved in the buzz in the room was really uplifting. This flowed into my enthusiasm for my workout. I was only going to do 20 minutes and ended up doing 30 mins. Then, the Exec meeting was full of debate and enthusiastic conversations. This morning I’ve woken up quite invigorated.
My physical state is:
Invigorated.
My physical state is a result of:
Positive interactions, eating healthily, drinking plenty of water, pushing myself a little bit farther.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Finishing up from yesterday, tidying loose ends before having half day leave.
2) Completing 2m 10s of static glute hold.
3) Another workout ahead of district practice this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Rejuvination.
I am a woman who:
Can get fired up.
Today I will let go of:
Feeling sorry for myself when I’m bored.
Today I choose to add:
Creating opportunities.

I worked hard and played hard yesterday and feel so much better for it.

I wonder whether I need to sit somewhere else at work where I’m around people more and get those osmosis style interactions.
