Dolce far niete

My current feeling:
Dolce far niente.

My current thoughts are:
The pleasure of idleness. My non- working day, although I do have 2 zoom calls today and some actions to clear. So not entirely idle. However, I don’t have to go far, or be anywhere this evening. There is no rush. I will have time to idle away a few hours in between meetings, reading, napping, or doing anything else that takes my fancy.

My physical state is:
Relaxed.

My physical state is a result of:
An excellent 40min workout last night followed by some ringing and socialising, then a good nights sleep. The scales are tipping back in the right direction too.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Taking time to rest my body and only workout if I feel like it at the time.
2) Completing 2m 20s of static glute hold.
3) Getting someone lined up to present some bite sized webinars.

My desired emotion for today is:
Planned.

I am a woman who:
Organises stuff and people.

Today I will let go of:
Hurrying.

Today I choose to add:
Leisurely hustling.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Been sticking to plan, mostly. Got great meals scheduled for the coming week. Getting my exercise groove on. Still got over £700 in the bank to transfer to savings before payday next week.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I can stick to things if I make my mind up to do it. My body is getting stronger and leaner. My bank accounts are growing enabling planning for retirement easier.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Flow. Go with the flow. No need to stress.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
I have enough stuff. I don’t need to buy anything else of significance this weekend.
