My current feeling:
Brilliant.

My current thoughts are:
Yesterday’s coaching session was fantastic. I prepped well for it and had all the relevant information to hand. The conversation went really well and I got a glowing report from my Supervisor. Filled with bouyancy from that I powered through the associated paperwork ready to upload as evidence for my portfolio. I caught up with all the associated paperwork ready to submit today. When I got home I had time for a full workout ahead of a silent learners practice. We used tied bells, handbells, laptop and sheets of numbered paper as it’s Holy Week so we can’t ring properly. It was nice to come home and rest up afterwards.

My physical state is:
Buzzing.

My physical state is a result of:
A good day all around. Achieved a productive day at the office. Epic workout I really pushed myself in. Fun style learners practice.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Dressing well, feeling confident.
2) Completing 2m 35s of static glute hold.
3) Workout to the max.

My desired emotion for today is:
Class.

I am a woman who:
Dresses well and feels good.

Today I will let go of:
Laziness.

Today I choose to add:
Productivity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Feeling rather fabulous in a knee length green wrap dress with some cleavage on show but not tacky. Choosing to dress up as a Wealthy Woman to get me in the mindset.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Wearing dresses or skirts and blouses makes me feel more feminine and sexy. I sometimes forget to allow myself to feel that.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Consider how to upgrade loungewear for more feminine, wealthy and luxuriant vibes. How do wealthy women dress down when they’re at home and no one is looking?

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
It will soon be time to swap the autumn/winter wardrobe for spring/summer which gives another opportunity for a sort through and reboot.
