My current thoughts are:
Very productive morning yesterday. Finished 2 coaching course documents I have to submit. I’m just getting someone to read through and check there are no omissions or bloopers. I even started on the next piece later on. Did a fantastic 20min dumbell workout that really tested my strength. Felt really good afterwards. A light dinner then we went out ringing and I rang something I hadn’t done in a long while which was good to get the brain thinking. We went for a dink with the locals and after 2 large glasses of wine, the scales of doom this morning registered my lowest weight since 11 December 2019! I’m very excited at only being 2lbs away from the next weight bracket.

My physical state is:
Strong.

My physical state is a result of:
The dumbell workout last night really tested every muscle. It was not high intensity, but I kept up with Joe rep for rep.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Submit the 2 documents.
2) Complete first draft of final assignment.
3) Full 40 min workout.

My desired emotion for today is:
New.

I am a woman who:
Wants to achieve.

Today I will let go of:
Excuses.

Today I choose to add:
Determination.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Really excited about the weight loss. The next few days will challenge that considerably, but I have strategies in mind to do least damage.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
2lb away from being 13st something. Haven’t been that in many years.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Coping strategies for the next 3 days where food choices are limited.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Plan ahead. Take your own snacks etc. Say no.
