Pleasantly surprised at how well yesterday went, how many people I spoke to throughout the day and now I have made treats for people for today, feeling generous obviously. The ringing went well, although the tutor is a bit flaky and doesn’t seem to acknowledge some of his students may not have understood any of the volumes theory paperwork he’d thrown at them.
My physical state is:
Sleek.
My physical state is a result of:
Had a homemade fruit smoothie for breakfast and only had lunch as a meal yesterday, although 2 small slices of cake in the afternoon. Was a bit hungry in the evening but didn’t succumb to snacking.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Sharing homemade treats with people.
2) Attending 2 talks, one on Leadership, the other on sustainable recruitment.
3) Pub lunch but salad today.
My desired emotion for today is:
Respectful.

I have made healthy food choices today, taking my own breakfast and snacks to avoid indulging in biscuits and cakes.

Changing mindset around eating out and what’s on offer. Got on the scales this morning and no upward movement.
