My current feeling:
Grateful.
My current thoughts are:
Had a lovely 3 days on the ringing course. There were things I would have done differently but my time in charge was 20+ years ago so it’s someone else’s turn. It was their first time running it and they will learn from it. And we were in a new venue so understanding the layout and needs had to be developed. Everyone seemed to have a good few days, and the learners all progressed over the 3 days which is the main thing. I had 3 days of pub lunches, so eaten not so healthily but that’s all part of it really. Without the tutors and hundreds of helpers giving their time for free, most taking time off work, it really wouldn’t work. C and I are going to make the most of a relatively free Sunday and go for a walk after ringing and have a last hoorah lunch out.
My physical state is:
Happy tired.
My physical state is a result of:
Tired from 3 days of ringing but in a good way. Had positive interactions and experiences and gave something back so others can learn, but worked hard.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Walk in the sunshine to ringing, and later out to lunch.
2) Preparing for the working week ahead with healthy foods and exercise
3) Pub lunch, final hoorah of the weekend to wrap it up nicely.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
Doesn’t need to rush about.
Today I will let go of:
Busyness.
Today I choose to add:
Calm.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
The sun is shining. One lot of ringing today and then a nice walk out to lunch. Easy food prep for the week ahead. Relax.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
No need to rush about today. Can take things more leisurely and enjoy some gentle exercise and lunch out. Make the most of it.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Back to healthy eating plans and exercise. Have put a couple of lbs on over the last 3 days so need to shift that quickly and carry on.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
The sunshine is a great motivator for eating well and wanting to exercise and get fit. No excuses this week.
