My current feeling:
Thrilled.

My current thoughts are:
Lost another lb today meaning I’m now the lowest weight I’ve been since 11th December 2019! And only 2lb away from being in the next stone down. The trick now is to not self-sabbotage by celebrating and eating and drinking rubbish this weekend. I’ve found a workout buddy on the facebook group who is on the same cycle as me and was on the same workouts on the same day. We’ve connected via Messenger and cheering each other on.

My physical state is:
Eager.

My physical state is a result of:
I’m eager to do the next workout now. My new buddy has done it already this morning and said it was good, so I’m looking forward to ticking it off.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Walking into town forr a gentle stroll and fresh air in the sunshine.
2) AC6 WO5 workout this afternoon.
3) Continue to educate myself with my Italian lessons, Headway reading sample, and reading my current book on the joy of movement.

My desired emotion for today is:
Ebullient.

I am a woman who:
Enjoys taking care of herself.

Today I will let go of:
Tiredness.

Today I choose to add:
Activity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
The scales are my biggest win this morning. So excited to be so close.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I’ve been really disciplined around food and drink this week and introduced a colon cleansing smoothie recipe I’ve made a couple of times. I don’t know whether that’s helped or not but at the very least it’s added extra fruit and hydration to my day.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Happiness. General, all round happiness with every one and everything I encounter.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
You are so different to the person you were this time last year. And she was different than the person you were the year before. And I like her.
