I want to challenge myself today. I want to submit my last coaching course assignment. Get it out of the way. I want to revisit the workout from last week that broke me to banish the spectre of it. I want to challenge my WOTY and get some plans booked.
My physical state is:

I’ve had enough break between workouts for my muscles to recover and feel ready to tackle the hardest workout first.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Dressing elegantly in soft fabrics and colours.
2) Staying hydrated by drinking my daily recommended volume of water.
3) Learners progress tonight at a one to one session.
My desired emotion for today is:

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Stuck to my plans of a lunchtime walk yesterday despite the intermittent showers. Managed a gap between them and listened to the latest SOSI podcast.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Got me thinking about my home portrait and what areas of my home need clearing and tidying. Even if I tackle a corner of a room to start with.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Strength. I feel my arms in particular are really weak and want to have toned muscles for the summer.

Make myself lift heavier and longer. More reps. Don’t drop until I can’t lift.
