My current feeling:
Wealthy.

My current thoughts are:
An opportunity arose yesterday to book tickets for a candlelight concert at the Cathedral in May. I messaged C to see if he wanted to go. He had a look into it and said he thought the tickets were overpriced because of the booking fee. I said I’d book it, which I did, and I paid for the best seats. I want to have a good experience and enjoy the evening, not sat at the back in the cheap seats. This has added to my list of wealthy experiences in the coming months.

My physical state is:
Good.

My physical state is a result of:
AC6W04 last night. 3 rounds, increasing by 10s each round, full body cardio. Mostly kept up but did bail on the last set of push ups. Scales of doom in the right place ahead of next week’s check in.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Wearing pearls.
2) Having colleagues in the office to keep me focussed on that last assignment.
3) Wearing lace and silk for elegance and femininity.

My desired emotion for today is:
Friendly.

I am a woman who:
Is upgrading.

Today I will let go of:
Procrastination.

Today I choose to add:
Determination.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Made a start into SOSI Diamond membership. Watched a couple of sessions on style energy and learning to become the new me. Really insightful, prompted a couple of posts in the Diamond and normal Facebook groups for further advice, which came in thick and fast.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Asked for advice on what to wear according to my body shape. Posted a photo of what I was wearing and got lots of lovely compliments. A couple of people actually provided some useful comment.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Haven’t decided what to wear tomorrow yet, but want to accessorise well to style it up.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Nearly time to swap over wardrobes and go through my summer clothes to decide what stays and what goes.
