Looking forward to checking in to the next JWW cycle this morning. Every time you check in you get a batch of new routines, and a whole load more recipes, tailored to your own plan. Who’d have thought I’d be on an advanced workout cycle. Won’t get to workout tonight though because of ringing but have a quiet week in the evenings this week so no excuses for the rest of it.
My physical state is:
Ready.

More ringing yesterday want no workout again but at least it was some exercise.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk in the sunshine listening to a podcast.
2) Check in to new JWW cycle and explore the exercises and recipes.
3) Welcome two of our learners back after their 2wk holiday.
My desired emotion for today is:

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Went to a 6 bell practice last night where the aim is to help others ring different methods and progress on 6 bells. My own repertoire on 6 isn’t great, so for some of it I may be learning alongside them.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I chose to go at last minute and was glad I did. Got to ring things I don’t often get the chance to. Its all about opportunity.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Finish the SOSI teachings on confidence.
