My current feeling:
Hopeful.

My current thoughts are:
A start of a new month is always a good opportunity to assess the last month’s progress and plan ahead for hopes for the month ahead. A new exercise cycle anda new monthly challenge . A new set of chances. A new project. New goals to strive for and changes to implement. Putting it out there to the universe to make myself accountable. My goals this month are to lose 2lb at least, to complete the plank challenge, to focus on the detail of SOSI work and really put the tasks into practice. Swapping my winter and sumner wardrobes over and reallly sating through what goes and what stays.

My physical state is:
Vibrant.

My physical state is a result of:
Did the first workout of the new cycle last night. I love a tabata. Short, fast bursts, gets the heartrate up and a sweat on.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Investigating May’s SOSI content.
2) Workout #2.
3) Quiet evening on Wine Wednesday.

My desired emotion for today is:
Energised.

I am a woman who:
is evolving.

Today I will let go of:
Selfishness.

Today I choose to add:
Learning.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
A good learners practice last night. Got them moving their bells into the right positions and both ringing all the time.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Could focus on the two of the more advanced learners last night. Nearly ready for their next assessment.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Journalling my tasks and answering questions is the Diamond membership.
