My current feeling:
Experimentative.
My current thoughts are:
Looking for different ways to help learning stick. I read. I make notes. But if you ask me 5 minutes later what I just read, I couldn’t tell you. Not in any detail anyway. Same with ringing. I can look at a method. I can practice it on Abel but more often than not as soon as I’ve rung it, I’ve forgotten it.
My physical state is:
Sore.
My physical state is a result of:
DOMS across the shoulders and upper arms. Used my 7.5kgs for all the bicep curls of a descending ladder. Used my 5kgs for everything else. I kept going even when my muscles were screaming.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Catching up with my boss and hearing how her week in London was.
2) Bashing out workout number 3 when I get home.
3) Meeting someone new via Zoom, who’ll be able to provide some admin support.
My desired emotion for today is:
On it.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
C bought me a new pot to make my chai pot breakfasts in. I only had one suitable pot so had to wash it up by hand every evening ready to make the overnight mixture.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I think I may struggle with tonights workout but I’ll give it all I can.
