My current thoughts are:
The sun is shining again, we’ve had a beautiful weekend weather-wise. It really does make a difference to the mood you wake up in. Got some chores to do today. Food prep, ringing, ironing, relearn the method for more ringing this afternoon. Usual kind of Sunday. May get a bit of admin in too, or even write up another set of SOSI notes. Who knows, I shall let that unfold as it wishes.

My physical state is:
Energetic.

My physical state is a result of:
Am ready to walk into town for ringing this morning. Unlikely to get a workout in due to timings, but 2 lots of ringing will register as activity.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Enjoying a walk into town in the morning sunshine.
2) Clearing the ironing pile ahead of new sofa and chairs arriving later in the week.
3) Hopefully scoring this afternoon’s quarter peal attempt.

My desired emotion for today is:
Practical.

I am a woman who:
Preps ahead.

Today I will let go of:
Indecision.

Today I choose to add:
Determination and focus.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Had great fun sorting through my underwear drawers and getting rid of old sets that are no longer comfortable, or reflect the new me. I had splashed out whilst I was in town on some new sets that were more aligned to my desires. To have them properly stored in the new drawers makes it so much easier to find what I want. Last nights concert, although short was good fun. Definitely felt like a wealthy experience being right at the front. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I’m gradually getting parts of the house upgraded with new furniture coming and my new set of drawers. I’m looking forward to more wealthy experiences in the months to come. I have at least one booked in for each month until August.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Prepped ready for another week of healthy eating and activities. Should be lots of scope for workouts.
