My current thoughts are:
Scored last nights quarter peal and I actually enjoyed it. I’m in a positive frame of mind this morning, ready for another trip to Southend for more discussions with senior Digital Services Leaders. I’m quite enjoying getting out to see people again. I am fully food prepped for the day and as I’ll be home earlier, I may even squeeze in a workout.

I do feel as though I have energy pent up ready to workout. Technically haven’t done one since last Thursday.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Good conversations with colleagues.
2) Sticking to the food plan with prepped meals.
3) Learners practice to get them back into it after a short break.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Cleared the entire ironing pile yesterday. Means the furniture is clear of my stuff ready to be taken away on Tuesday. I prepped breakfast, snacks and lunches for the week ahead to stay on track. I enjoyed yesterdays quarter peal and I got some admin out of the way. Productive.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I cleared a number of emails and set up events that we’re running next month and sent the advert round to potential attendees. That was quite a task to get out of the way and inspiration suddenly hit at 11pm.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I want to clear some of the other outstanding long term actions in my inbox this week.

No point scheduling something if you don’t actually do it. Commit and get it done.
