New sofa and chairs arrive today. The old ones were taken away last night so there’s no comfy seats to sit on. It also meant I couldn’t do a workout. It would have been lovely to do one in the space created by no furniture, but the removal men came at that time.
My physical state is:
Waiting.

Pent up energy ready for my next workout.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) New sofa and armchairs arrive this morning.
3) Workout ahead.

Happy.

Submitted one practice paper yesterday. Could have done another one but have saved that for today.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
It was interesting to work through a practice paper and consider the sorts of thing I’ll be asked. Some of it I’d never heard of.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Preparedness for healthy eating for next week to get back on track after what will be a heavy eating weekend.
