My current feeling:

My current thoughts are:
I bought new flowers for the lounge, simple alliums and gypsoplelia. Scored yesterdays peal. I made a few minor errors but other more experienced people did too. My mini stepper had been delivered whilst we were out so I unpacked that and Cooked up well over 1000 steps whilst C cooked dinner. It was a lovely sunny day, as today is looking like.
My physical state is:
Revved.

I feel like I have an abundance of energy. I’m ready to do another workbout this afternoon. I’ll do extra steps too. I’m going to be sat down all morning on a Zoom call, so will be more than ready to move about.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Participating in the Zoom calls.
2) Booking the school for the AGM and claiming it back.
3) Working out and stepping.
My desired emotion for today is:
Active.

Yesterday’s peal was a success. I must admit I didn’t feel overly confident to start with.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
We arrived in good time despite severe traffic issues on the A12. The organiser was stuck in the traffic that wasn’t going anywhere. After a couple of phone calls it looked like we’d have to abandon it. I was quiety relieved. But we were all prepared to wait a while longer in case things suddenly changed for the better. A final plone call suggestred things were on the move now and we were all prepared to wait and start an hour after the original start time. I got my brain back in gear, and apart from a few minor errors, did well and we successfully scored the peal. It was a date the organiser particularly needed.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Increase the regularly daily number of steps I reach.

Will take my measurements tomorrow ready for Monday’s check in. I’m looking for good results this round and even if not, I still feel better about my body. Its getting there.
