Headstrong

My current feeling:
Headstrong.

My current thoughts are:
I’ve been on plan most of the last month and can see by the scales and what I’m wearing that its made quite an impact. I’ve made progress in my wealthy experiences and have several events to look forward to. I am becoming more headstrong about what I want and don’t want. I am reaching into my future self’s confidence.

My physical state is:
Flowing.

My physical state is a result of:
Did half an hour of stepping yesterday and a 20 min workout. It was only half of the intended workout but I felt I’d worked hard enough and stopped there. When I check in for the next cycle tomorrow I am going to commit to doing the full thing each time.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Might add some dumbbells to my stepping to help arms toning up at the same time.
2) Will see Big E and Little E this morning.
3) Relax, knowing tomorrow is Bark Holiday and I have a day extra to prep.

My desired emotion for today is:
Happy.

I am a woman who:
is getting stronger in every way.

Today I will let go of:
Frustration.

Today I choose to add:
Freedom.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I have now lost all the weight from last weekend and heading for a massive loss. I hope the other measurements follow. Its quite motivating when that happens, even though I know we shouldn’t focus on the numbers the scales say.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have been very determined to stick to plan the last few weeks and cut out all extra snacks and treats. I have enjoyed the meals I prepared for breakfests and lunches and it was good to mix things up a bit.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Look through new cycle workouts and food ideas for the weeks ahead.

Hold on to how good you feel right now.
