My current feeling:
Nothing.

My current thoughts are:
Not really fussed one way or another about today. Back to werk after the Back Holiday but suspect.few people around because its half term. Had a nice chilled out day yesterday so a bit of a bummer to wake up early this morning. I’m sure It’ll be fine when i get there and at least I know have something to get stuck into, provided.conversations were had last Friday.

My physical state is:
Good.

My physical state is a result of:
Enjoyed yesterday’s first workout of the new cycle. I did all of it, all the way through. I’ve even set the challenge for next month on the Body coach App. An arms challenge to help strengthen and tone upper arms.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Catching upon SOSI news.
2) Starti ng on new projects.
3) Workout #2 in the new cycle.

My desired emotion for today is:
Occupied.

I am a woman who:
Wants to be busy.

Today I will let go of:
Complaining.

Today I choose to add:
Action.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Despite not going anywhere, or doing much with our Bank Holiday, it was nice to chill out. I exercised, both steps and a workout I read quite a bit and did all my food prep for the week. It was nice not to have to rush around or sit in traffic.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
We are terribly unadventurous for days like this. Maybe we’re just lazy but sometimes all you need is a proper rest day.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Fitter, stronger.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
keep it up and the scales will do the rest.
