Directive

My current feeling:
Directive.

My current thoughts are:
Having gone from barely having any work to do, I know have 3 pieces of work. Two are fairly short term and one medium term which could then move to longer term if it gets approval. That one, I’m quite excited about as I’d started it off once before and it got put on the back burner so some initial investigation is already done. I now need to get back to focussed activity having been fairly stagnant for so long.

My physical state is:
Screaming.

My physical state is a result of:
Did workout #3 of the new cycle last night. Well, managed half of it anyway. The introduction of pike pushups was brutal and had my triceps screaming. I couldn’t do the second set. My hamstrings also seemed to struggle yesterday. I do need to work on stretching them. I tend to sit with my legs curled up and often feel sicky when stretching my hamstrings for some reason.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Workout #4.
2) Discuss new project so far.
3) Checkout latest SOSI updates.

My desired emotion for today is:
Planned.

I am a woman who:
Gets organised.

Today I will let go of:
Daydreaming.

Today I choose to add:
Determination.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Managed to put off eating my afternoon snack by an hour which meant I was less hungry during my workout.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I was quite surprised and used the Slim Self Image scale to determine if I wanted it sooner.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Haven’t dropped any weight so far this week. Going to reintroduce the lemon, ginger and apple morning colon cleanser drink again and see if that helps.
