Luxurious

My current feeling:
Luxurious.

My current thoughts are:
Leaning into parts of my Perfect Day and luxurious lifestyle today. Haircut followed by massage, gentle walk, relaxing, reading, healthy foods and some ringing with friends this evening. I have a couple of meetings this afternoon but they should be short and straightforward. Won’t be doing a workout today because you’re not supposed to over exert after a massage and I’ll be going ringing anyway. Might get some stepping in if I feel like it.

My physical state is:
Toning.

My physical state is a result of:
I keep feeling my arm muscles as I can see them developing. I can see my flatter stomach first thing in the morning at least. My thighs are pretty solid anyway and my glutes are firming up. I really want to work hard over the next month to really get toned. Will be pushing myself during the workouts and not giving up so easily.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Enjoy a luxurious haircut and massage.
2) Delight in a couple of easy meetings.
3) Revel in relaxation.

My desired emotion for today is:
Pampered.

I am a woman who:
Is looking after her body.

Today I will let go of:
Unworthiness.

Today I choose to add:
Simplicity.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Went back through the SOSI Perfect Day class and realised its starting to come together. I need to do more work around relationships, no surprise there, but other elements are starting to make regular appearances.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have already started adding moments of luxury and healthy habits as well as elevating my surroundings to encompass more luxury. I have at least one thing in the diary every month that is either a luxury or wealthy experience.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I need to do next weeks food prep tomorrow morning as we’re out most of Sunday. I’ll be mixing things up again to get into a better habit of experimenting and not just having the same things every day/week.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
You’re getting there kiddo.
