My current feeling:

My current thoughts are:
1st June. Start of a new month, start of more new possibilities. I always consider the start of a new month as a chance to celebrate what went well last month, consider what wasn’t so good and why, then think about how I can make this new month even better. I have my wealthy experiences booked in, including a girlies day out and weekend away. I have my non-negotiables (exerise, healthy eating, massage etc) locked in. I have projects at work now to keep me motivated and engaged. And there’s still a bit of spare time for adhoc arrangements.
My physical state is:
Stiff.

My shoulders and back don’t feel as free as they should be after yesterday’s massage. There’s still some soreness there. Maybe its because I was doing some stair pushups in the afternoon and ringing in the evening when you’re supposed to completely rest. I would have thought what I did was sufficiently long enough afterwards though. Today starts the static arm raise hold challenge on the Body Coach app. Its a challenge I suggested and organised and a few people have said they’d do it. I used my 3lb weights for todays 35 second hold. It increases 5 seconds every day of the month so we’ll see If I end up dropping the weights, or even increasing them! I’m also going to do a few more sets of stair pushups and maybe some stepping too as I won’t be able to do a full workout today.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Doing some food prep baking today, to get ahead.
2) Fitting in some exercises somehow.
3) Competition ringing this afternoon, catching up with a few people.
My desired emotion for today is:
Organised.

Another lb lost on the scales this morning. Lowest now since 28th October 2019! And excited about the prospect of strengthening arms through the challenge and stair pushups.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I posted about how pathetic my arm strength is on Body Coach app community facebook page and how I had been really struggling with the plank challenge. Someone suggested doing pushups against the stairs and gradually lowering a step each time they start to become easy, until you’re doing a proper pushup on the floor, not from your knees. I did a couple of sets of 12 yesterday and they were pretty tough but I managed, so I’ll keep trying that. Together win the arm raise hold challenge, I should be aiming for super strength arms by the end of this month.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Opportunities for enjoying the decisions I make with what I want to do. Saying no if I don’t really want to do it.
