We won the striking competition again yesterday. It was a close run thing between the top two teams and would have been even closer had the team who came second not had a method mistake. It was a pleasant enough afternoon sitting, listening to ringing and chatting with various people. Looking forward to equal success in scoring today’s peal attempt.
My physical state is:
Stiff.
My physical state is a result of:
Don’t know why particularly. Maybe it’s because I’ve already had two days of not working out properly and my body needs more movement. I won’t get to workout today either but I’ll do my arm raises and stair pushups, may be stepping too. At least I’ll be walking into town this morning, and a lot of ringing this afternoon.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Arm raise hold with weights for 40 seconds.
2) 3x 12 sets of stair pushups.
3) Successful peal this afternoon.
My desired emotion for today is:
Success.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I baked everything I needed to prep for yesterday. Breakfast muffins, berry crumble bars and ginger cookies. All I need to do fresh each evening is my chicken club bagel.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I am enjoying switching up my meals a bit more. I got very much into a rut with granola for breakfast and the same sorts of things for lunches, because they were easy. I think mixing things up regularly is the key to losing more weight, so your body doesn’t get used to the same things all the time.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I’m hoping ringing will be cancelled tomorrow night so we have a completely free week in the evenings so I can max out with workouts.
