My current thoughts are:
Had a fabulous day yesterday. Got dressed up, met a friend and went to London for a champagne brunch then walked around Covent Garden. We didn’t really “do” anything other than walk and talk. We popped in a few steps and poked about but not serious shopping, in fact other than food and drink we only bought some chocolates. We had cocktails early afternoon then another one early evening before returning home. It wasn’t a late night, home by 7.30pm but had been very much what I’d hoped it would.
My physical state is:
Relaxed.
My physical state is a result of:
No workout yesterday obviously, but clocked up over 19,000 steps. I did do my 1min 5secs arm raise hold with weights when I got in. I slept much better last night too. I slept on the sofa for about an hour before bed, then slept right through until the 6am alarm.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Day out in Biggleswade. Will need to look round the shops.
2) Do well in the ringing competition, hopefully.
3) Enjoy the atmosphere, chat with people we haven’t seen in a while.
My desired emotion for today is:
Chilled.
I am a woman who:
Can step into her wealthy lifestyle and not feel out of place.

Animosity.

Wellness.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Yesterday, everything was how I hoped it would be. I felt comfortable in the surroundings. I had great company which made it easier. I had set my intention for the day, I let go of overplanning and just went with it. I had written it off as an expensive day out but it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. I was relaxed, chatty and interested. Definitely the sort of thing I’d like to do more of.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I let go of some anxieties around not really having a plan or a purpose other than to enjoy it, or even knowing the route we needed to take. I trusted in my friend and in the need not to let it bother me.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Tomorrow is back to ringing and chores and food prep for the week ahead but I want to practice kindness in everything I do.
