My current feeling:
Light.

My current thoughts are:
Had a good day yesterday. Competition ringing was good, we came 3rd out of 7 teams. I was chatty with people, happy and smiley. l ate as well as I could given we were captive and had to eat what was on offer. Probably didn’t drink enough water though. We got home at a sensible time so C cooked a light fish dish that was really tasty. I did some stepping and my arm raises. No ringing this morning as too many people away. Got lots of ironing to do and food prep for the week ahead. Might do a workout later, or stepping, see how I feel.

My physical state is:
Calm.

My physical state is a result of:
Not done a workout for a couple of days, but have at least got my steps in. I do want to get back into the rhythm though.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Clearing the ironing pile.
2) Food prep for the week ahead.
3) Time to read, workout, or do some admin, as I see fit.

My desired emotion for today is:
Halcyon.

I am a woman who:
Wants calm and peace.

Today I will let go of:
Drama and worry.

Today I choose to add:
Solace.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I haven’t been taking particular care of my nails in recent months, and in fact have been picking at the skin around them. They are quite dry and flaky at the moment. Last night I had a go at my cuticles and got them into better shape. Today I may decide to give them some TLC with luxurious hand cream and maybe even put some polish on.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Having painted nails does elevate the elegance and does make me treat my hands more kindly. It will help with a summery, feminine look too.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Stepping into summer feminine. Lighter colours, soft, flowing fabrics, elegant self care.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Going back over previous SOSI classes again, making more notes and actually answering the questions raised, is really helping embed some of the learning again. Every now and then I “fall of the wagon” and start to slip into old ways and habits, so its good to remind myself some of the reasons why I embarked on this process and what I want out of it.
