My current thoughts are:
Colleagues in the office today for a senior leadership team meeting. It will be great to have the buzz of conversation and decision making. I like my solitude, but its nice to get the enthusiasm of others and a collective way forward every now and then. I think its vital to have that face to face contact every so often and galvanise our thinking and action. It gives a boost of energy to what we do.
My physical state is:

My physical state is a result of:
I did half a workout last night. I seemed to be really stiff across the shoulders, don’t know if that has anything to do with my arm raises or not, or not having worked out properly for 4 days, or anything else. It was good to get moving again, but only had a short time before going ringing.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Face to face with colleagues.
2) Full workout this evening.
3) Need to do some ringing admin.
My desired emotion for today is:
Collaborative.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Got a couple of papers done ahead of today’s team meeting that will help illustrate productivity. I won’t be filling them in regularly but the others need to be able to use them. Half a workout is better than no workout.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Actually having a purpose and something to do that adds value to others and the organisation helps give me a sense of worth.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Time for a proper workout toright and tomorrow. May even try one of the new level up ones.

Motivated by photos of someone who has been on the app as long as I have. They are probably following it 100% which I’m not but I am making progress and can see a difference. And its being sustained and not yo-yoing too much.
