Purposeful

My current feeling:
Purposeful.

My current thoughts are:
Having gone from not having much to do, I know have 4 projects and a couple of other small tasks, plus some governance work. I also got a new prospective coaching client yesterday. That came via the East of England NHS coaching hub. I need to have a discussion with them first to find out more and if we’re a good match.

My physical state is:
Stronger.

My physical state is a result of:
I did a full 40 mins workout last night and loved it. I could feel my arm strength in holding up planks and burpees etc and the pushups much stronger.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Getting some focussed work achieved.
2) Making progress with the scanning issues.
3) Planning out one of my new projects.

My desired emotion for today is:
Accomplished.

I am a woman who:
likes a challenge.

Today I will let go of:
Doubt.

Today I choose to add:
Work.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I got some ringing admin out of the way last night which was useful to do before the weekend. There’s still some left to look at but nothing that requires urgent attention.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I had time and bandwidth to deal with some admin last night, having not touched any for over a week. No harm in taking a sabatical every now and then.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Getting ready for a weekend away. Need to pack and make good decisions around food choices. Won’t get to do any walkouts so will make tonights a good one.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Having work to do is so much more motivating than scrabbling around for stuff and not having anything of any consequence to do.
