My current feeling:
Wonderful.
My current thoughts are:
A good day at the office yesterday. Actually achieved something. Did some money transfers into higher interest paying and tax free vehicles to help maximise my savings for early retirement. Fired out some quick admin before going out ringing. Had an excellent learners practice with the return of Gordon who did well. The normal practice afterwards was really good too. Everything we rang came round and we even had Rev Kate come to visit off the back of the article I was interviewed for in the Church Times a couple of months ago. She asked sensible questions and I got her on the end of a rope pulling a few back strokes too. We weren’t overly late home from the pub, and a good nights sleep.
My physical state is:
Ready.
My physical state is a result of:
No learners practice tonight so have time to do a full workout. It will be hot and sweaty but I’m looking forward to it.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Looking fabulous in a new dress.
2) Revisiting some SoSI style classes.
3) First workout in 5 days.
My desired emotion for today is:
Robust.
I am a woman who:
can achieve.
Today I will let go of:
Neglect.
Today I choose to add:
Self compassion.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
The sun is out and its going to be a warm day. I’m dressed in a woollen bodycon dress that is a size smaller than I used to buy and it fits perfectly. I’ve put a wide belt around the middle to break up my rectangular shape. First time this year not wearing tights with a dress, getting my pastey white legs out.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have sustained the weightloss on the Body Coach app so far although still a way to go. I’m liking my new body shape and toned muscles. I’m losing the belly pouch too.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
The first of the PRO network sessions tomorrow evening. I’ve not heard anything from Matthew yet, so hope he’s sorted. Should be an interesting session even if not many there.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Love the sun, get some colour.
