Good day at the office crunching numbers and prepping other paperwork. Even though it was a hot and muggy evening, I completed a full 40min full body workout. Super sweaty. That left me energised for the rest of the evening. I pottered about with a few admin tasks then relaxed in the sofa. I was still awake gone 10pm which is unheard of unless we’re out.
My physical state is:

It was good to stretch and move rmy body last night. I was almost reluctant to start, but pressed play and got through it. By the and I was full of energy again.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Full day at the office with meetings etc.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) PRO network conversation this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.
I am a woman who:
Facilitates.

Self neglect.

Self care.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I’m almost back to where I weighed before the weekend away. Just one more lb to shift. Looking good for check in on Monday.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
The food I prepped this week has really kept me full up so I don’t feel deprived. It’s been a good mix of savoury and sweet, enough to keep the hunger pangs at bay.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
No workout tonight because an early start for the PRO network event. Back to it tomorrow though.
