My current thoughts are:
Excellent day yesterday. I found some really quick standing abs exercises I can do without necessarily having to change into workout gear. I did these, and my arm raise challenge, and stair pushups all before C was out of the shower. We went to Costco and stocked up the freezer and bought a few other bits besides. I had a couple of meetings in the afternoon. One was planning ahead of Wednesdays CCCBR Exec meeting which I’m chairing. The other meeting didn’t happen in the end as the other person didn’t show up, even after I sent a FB message. That did mean I had more time to do a full workout. Then we went to the District Practice and helped out there. It was actually quite an enjoyable day.

I videod myself doing these standing abs exercises. I was using a 3lb dumbbell. When I watched it back I spotted my deltoids and triceps were really noticable. I couldn’t stop looking at them. I also noticed that my tummy was less protruding, less bloated looking. I’m liking what I’m starting to see.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Standing abs routine with arm raises and stair pushups.
2) Food prep ahead for next week.
3) Clear some more admin, including mock coaching exams.
My desired emotion for today is:
Amazed.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I managed to clear 2 long pieces of work yesterday. The booking form for the CCCBR AGM is now complete, ready to go up on the website and for people to start signing up to. I also revieved other long standing documents that needed reading through properly. I cleared a load of other emails that were for information only.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
It was good to finally get the booking form complete. Thats been the biggest bugbear to get sorted. I also sent out the invoices for the adverts we’ve had in, and sent a reminder to anyone else who may want to advertise.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I may have to clear some ironing today too. We’re out all day tomorrow so I’ll have to do food prep today too!
