My current feeling:
Hot.

My current thoughts are:
It’s already a warm, sunny day. Walking into town later for ringing, then this afternoon is the District picnic. Should be a very nice day for it. I didn’t get around to uploading the mock exams yesterday, so I need to do that today so I have the software installed ready for the real thing on Wednesday. I have another PRO network event this evening, a few more people should be there. I didn’t do any ironing yesterday either so not sure if I’ll get any done today!

My physical state is:
Hammered.

My physical state is a result of:
I did my arm raise challenge, extra stair pushups and the standing abs workout in the morning. In the afternoon I smashed out a 38min full body workout and had sweat dripping from everywhere. I was wearing shorts and my knees kept sticking to my mat!

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Arm raise and abs workout first thing.
2) Getting fresh air and sunshine to my skin.
3) Another PRO network discussion.

My desired emotion for today is:
Serenity.

I am a woman who:
wants to leisurely hustle.

Today I will let go of:
bitterness.

Today I choose to add:
Peace.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I bought some wrist weights yesterday. They are 1kg each and attach with velcro. These will be good for adding an in between weight when my heavy dumbells are too much but lighter ones not enough. I also posted a conversation about how to get rid of the side bulges but most people came back to tell me I really a properly fitted bra. Someone posted a link to Boob or Bust and I put my measurements in and suggested I should be wearing a 36H! I’m currently wearing a 38C! I’m going to stop off at Bravissino this morning and book in a fitting for Friday morning and see what they say.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
The people on most of the FB communities I’m in are really supportive and helpful. They come up with all sorts of helpful ideas and comments. I’d never heard of Boob or Bust before.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Preparations for my coaching knowledge test.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
No point doing it too early otherwise I’d have forgotten everything again by Wednesday.
