My current feeling:
Apprehensive.
My current thoughts are:
I have my coaching knowledge test this morning. Thankfully it’s first thing so I don’t have to stew all day about it. However, I do need to squeeze a quick revision session in first. The rest of the day is easy enough. Then, this evening I’m chairing the CCCBR Exec meeting as the President is on holiday. Not sure which I’m more nervous about actually. But, I am working from home, so no commute and plenty of time to get a full workout done.
My physical state is:

Nervousness I guess. Hopefully I’ll relax enough after my test and enjoy a workout before this evenings meeting.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Doing as best I can in my test.
2) Full workout of new cycle.
3) Successfully chairing this evenings meeting.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Took G over to Sandon last night so he got to ring a lot more. He did well considering the level of the band over there isn’t great so it was difficult for him to see some of it because others weren’t solid enough.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
It’s good to get our learners out and about to other towers to experience other bells and ringers.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Full workout. Well on the road to making a difference this cycle.

There’s a selection of short 15min workouts to choose from so even when I’m strapped for time, there should be something I can do.
