Outstanding

My current feeling:
Outstanding.

My current thoughts are:
An excellent day yesterday. I did my coaching exam first thing in the morning to get it out of the way. I feel reasonably comfortable about it but won’t find out my result for a couple of days yet. I had some really interesting work during the day that kept me busy and engaged. The day seemed to flow easily and quickly. I bashed out the first full workout of my new cycle and really enjoyed it. Then, after dinner, I chaired the CCCBR Exec meeting. I think it went pretty well and I made sure everyone participated. There was good discussion, solid actions, with timescales, and progress made. I quite enjoyed it really.

My physical state is:
Buzzing.

My physical state is a result of:
I think after the good day I had generally yesterday, fitting in the full workout, and had an epic toilet day where everything that had not shifted, decided it was the day to clear out. I’ve lost nearly 2lb overnight.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Contine with the work I was doing yesterday and get some of it finished off.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout #2.

My desired emotion for today is:
Focussed.

I am a woman who:
is energised.

Today I will let go of:
Slovenliness.

Today I choose to add:
Movement.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I was really pleased with how yesterday went from start to finish. Especially the evening meeting, which could have been difficult but everyone was well behaved and I didn’t overpower or let others take over. I think Tina will be pleased with how it went and now I handled things.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I was prepared in advance. I had the Agenda and all the supporting documents open and ready to discuss. I was able to talk decisively, and confidently about topics, and gave space for others to speak and expand. It was a slightly smaller group with 3 people missing, and that probably helped.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get ready for the weekend. Massage and bra fitting tomorrow. A couple of short meetings in the afternoon, and an evening off.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Capitalise on the energy from yesterday and bring it again today.
