My current feeling:
Satisfied.
My current thoughts are:
Lovely day yesterday, sitting out in the sunshine, getting a little too sunburnt, but reading, listening to some ringing and chatting with a few folk. It was gone 6.30pm by the time we got back home, so I didn’t bother with a full workout. I did do my penultimate arm raise challenge. Will be glad to hit 3 mins today and finish. Spent the rest of the evening relaxing and napping before a deep sleep. The SE District came second in the 8 bell competition, and Chelmsford came second, by 1%, in the 6 bell. Had the team who won the 6 bell been marked on all their ringing, because they did an extra 120 changes, we’d have won. Have to be satisfied with what we got.
My physical state is:
Burnt.
My physical state is a result of:
Sitting directly in the sun for most of the day. My shoulders and knees are worst affected. I’m keeping everything well moisturised. I may get to do a workout later today as there’s no other ringing this afternoon. I’ll finish the 3min arm raise challenge and do standing abs workout at least. Then there’s walking into town and back for ringing, and ringing itself.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Donate all my ill fitting bras, following my proper fitting the other day, I had a good sort through. Some of them are reasonably new, but if they’re the wrong size, they need to go.
2) Clear the ironing pile.
3) Interesting food prep for the week ahead.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
doesn’t want to spend her weekend having to do loads of other work.
Today I will let go of:
Bother.
Today I choose to add:
Ease.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Getting some colour on myskin, athough taking care not to over do it and risk skin cancers. Read a lot, so nearly finished the epic book I’ve been reading and can move on to something else.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Got to sit on my own most of the day, left alone and in my own world. Didn’t interact with anyone I didn’t want to.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I need to figure out when to resit my coaching exam then do some proper revision.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Spend today prepping for the week ahead to make it a good one.
