My current thoughts are:
I resat my coaching test yesterday. I feel quite positive about it, but not complacent. Hopefully I’ll find out the result today. I’m less bothered this time. I did the first workout of the week which I thoroughly enjoyed. I met Tina in the evening and filled her in on the finance consultation, the Exec meetings and other things.
My physical state is:
Grateful.

Yesterdays workout was a good combination of upper body strength and core. The two areas I need more focus on. It was good to get moving.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Attending a coaching masterclass.
2) Catching up with a colleague.
3) Wine tasting and dinner out this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Wealthy.

The wine tasting and dinner out tonight is this month’s first wealthy experience. They are good fun and interesting. Just need to not overdo it!

I’m aiming for at least one wealthy experience each month. It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive but something out of the ordinary.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Won’t get to workout again tonight, so refocus on Thursday and end the week on a high.
