Decisive

My current feeling:
Decisive.

My current thoughts are:
Failed my exam resit again. By one point, again. Now have to go back into learning for 1-3 months before I can sit it again. Was surprisingly non-plussed by it. I attended a coaching masterclass in the morning which used some really good tools and methodologies to support career coaching conversations, some I’d not seen before, so I can incorporate those in my practice now. I had recently revisited a SOSI class on the art of discipline, and in it we were encouraged to make a decision, then get on with it. I used that later in the evening when C asked where I wanted to go for dinner after the wine tasting. I had already thought where I’d like to eat so told him confidently, and he agreed. We had fun at the tasting trying 31 different reds, whiles, rose and sparklings. Probably had the equivalent of 3 glasses each the way we divided them between us. Dinner was lovely too, and a walk home afterwards much needed.

My physical state is:
Reluctant.

My physical state is a result of:
Little tired today, but looking forward to another new workout this evening.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Being decisive about things.
2) Getting back to exercise.
3) Planning the weekend.

My desired emotion for today is:
Decisive.

I am a woman who:
knows what she wants.

Today I will let go of:
indecisiveness.

Today I choose to add:
directness.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
A very SOSI day yesterday managing my thoughts, actions and decisions. Made the evening much more pleasurable.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
the wine tasting and dinner was one of this months Wealthy experiences. Need to note down what else I have scheduled.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Will need to rearrange our plans to visit my sister in October as C forgot he had a meeting on the Saturday. Not really one he can get out of.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Being decisive makes life so much easier and enjoyable.
