My current feeling:
Restored.

My current thoughts are:
Enjoyed my evening to myself yesterday. First time I’d cooked a meal in years and it was really delicious. I did a short workout, them ate, then read for a while before my meeting, during which I sneakily did save admin. I came out of the meeting scott free of actions. It was quite restorative.

My physical state is:
Primed.

My physical state is a result of:
Enjoyed a short, sharp, intense, 10 min HIIT session. It may not have been long, but it got the heart rate up and the sweat on.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Learn some methods for tomorrow.
2) Haircut.
3) Workout and relaxing evening.

My desired emotion for today is:
Calm.

I am a woman who:
can occupy herself.

Today I will let go of:
Neediness.

Today I choose to add:
Self sufficiency.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Really enjoyed having a few hours to myself when I got home. I could cook my own meal, of my own choice, exercise and read and relax as I wanted, without anyone else rushing me, or putting the tv on unnecessarily.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have some time to myself again today. C’s off to ring somewhere again. I have a couple of meetings early afternoon, and my haircut, but a few hours this morning to myself.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I have some methods to learn for tomorrow. They should be easy enough but need to get them in the right order.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Enjoy the solitude. The weekend is full on.
