Buzzing

My current feeling:
Buzzing.

My current thoughts are:
Really enjoyed my day yesterday. Whilst C was out, I used my stepper and “walked” the equivalent of four miles. I had my earphones in listening to upbeat music and for an hour, was in my own little world, getting very sweaty. I made myself a Biscoff smoothie, on plan, for my lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was all I needed. I had a couple of short meetings in the early afteroon, then my haircut. After a cup of tea, I did a full 40 min HIIT session. I used my 7.5kg weights for more of the exercises and really felt the difference, but really pushed myself. I can feel my triceps complaining a bit this morning, but I was so pleased to have broken the habit of sticking with the lighter ones because its easier. I didn’t do as many reps but thats ok, building the muscle doesn’t require many, it requires breaking down the muscle fibres and rebuilding them stronger. We had a lovely evening meal with some wine. Then I got to learning my methods for this morning.

My physical state is:
Stronger, leaner, fitter.

My physical state is a result of:
A really good, hard, sweaty couple of workouts over the last two days. Have thoroughly enjoyed them. Have pushed myself hard on them, have upped the weights and can feel the difference. Weighed myself this morning and lost another lb so now the lowest I’ve been in 5 years. Very excited about that.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Scoring 3 quarter peals.
2) Limiting calorie intake.
3) May even do another workout when we get home from ringing depending on how knackered I feel.

My desired emotion for today is:
Successful.

I am a woman who:
can do hard things.

Today I will let go of:
Limiting belicts.

Today I choose to add:
Lightness.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Fab day of exercise, good eating, mental and physical stimulation and self care.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
It was relaxed, not rushed. I got to eat what I wanted and exercise as much as I wanted. I pushed myself harder and got results.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Tomorrow is going to be a great day. Off to London to meet up with R for her birthday. Seeing the Six Wives exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery and a lovely meal out. Will be lovely to see her and get all her latest news.
